	The up and down arrows correspond to the "Top" and "Bottom" items
	of the standard frame menu, that bring the window to the top or bottom
	of the stack. Since they are complementary, they are positioned
	opposite of one another. They are at the top and bottom pie menu
	slices because of how frequently they are used, and their obvious
	spatial orientation.
